Registration Deadline: April 24, 2026
Teachers will need to register their own students individually under their name during the registration process, as well as pay $25 per student for the event. Each student must be registered separately to ensure accurate attendance and planning.
For Chaperones, they will need register as well and pay the $25 to attend the conference.

Teachers, you are able to register all your students at once and then pay with a school district Purchase Order. You can send the Purchase Order to the Program Assistant's email : rwoebbeking@cesa6.org.
After registration, teachers will receive a separate email with a link to a JotForm to complete for each student and any chaperones attending the event. This form will collect everyone's name, lunch and sessions they would like to attend the day of the event.
CESA 6 Payment Policy for Event Registrations
CESA 6 accepts credit card payments for all event registrations. If you are unable to complete your registration using a credit card, please contact Rachell Woebbeking at rwoebbeking@cesa6.org or (920) 233-2372 ext. 0504 for assistance with alternative arrangements.
Please note if an alternative payment is needed, a purchase order must be received before your registration can be confirmed. All registrations must be finalized before the event date.
Alternative payment methods may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Registration fees exceed $1,000
- A specific funding source is being used (e.g., Title funds)
- Your school district requires use of an internal payment process

Policies
Payment Policy for Event Registrations
CESA 6 accepts credit card payments for all event registrations. If you are unable to complete your registration using a credit card, please contact events@cesa6.org for assistance with alternative arrangements.
Group Registrations: If your district would like to register multiple participants and submit one payment for all registrations, please contact events@cesa6.org for assistance.
Please note if an alternative payment is needed, a purchase order must be received before your registration can be confirmed. All registrations must be finalized before the event date.

Participant Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing events@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.
Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6
CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
