About this event

From Planning to Approval: Finalizing Your Academic and Career Plan

This half-day workshop is designed for districts and individuals who are ready to refine, finalize, and prepare their Academic and Career Plan (ACP) for board approval. While it builds on the ideas introduced in From Compliance to Impact, attendance at the first session is not required. Districts seeking additional coaching or support with the final components of their ACP are encouraged to participate.

Participants will engage in focused work time to review feedback, strengthen alignment to district goals, and ensure all required components are complete, clear, and well-documented. Our team will be available throughout the session to offer targeted expertise, answer questions, provide feedback, and support future planning considerations.

This workshop is ideal for district teams or individual leaders who want to leave with a polished ACP that is ready for final review, approval, and implementation. Working alongside colleagues with access to expert guidance helps ensure plans are compliant, strategic, actionable, and impactful for students.

Participants are encouraged to attend as a district team whenever possible, as collaborative planning strengthens coherence and supports successful implementation.

Together, Cyndi and Rebecca provide practical guidance, coaching, and expertise to districts at any stage of ACP development.
